Don't you think our rice noodles taste better than the ones in Vietnam?

Even though I've visited many famous places in Vietnam,
I've found that Korean-style rice noodles actually suit my palate better.
Also, I've noticed that even in Europe, where rice noodles have high ratings—
I think it was in Athens, Greece—
it seemed to be run by Vietnamese locals, but they had clearly adapted to the local tastes,
and it was an incredible restaurant.
