Does studying abroad in the US guarantee success?

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

To get straight to the point, it is not easy to achieve success. Of course, in the case of entrepreneurial families, studying in the US can be a great help to the business. However, if you are not from such a family, there are not many cases where a US university degree provides direct assistance.
There used to be a saying that everyone who studied abroad became successful, but back then, only the most brilliant students went, there were more positions available in academia like university professorships, and since majors were mostly in practical fields, there were plenty of jobs after graduation.
However, looking at international students these days, most go into non-practical fields, making it difficult to find jobs in the US after graduation, and often difficult to find jobs even after returning home.
In my circle, there are a few people who completed their Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD at regional universities like Kyungpook National University or Chungnam National University and became professors, but I know someone who attended Kyonggi University in Suwon and went to study in the US; even after obtaining a PhD, they couldn't find a position at a four-year university, let alone a junior college.
It is fine to study abroad if you have extra money to spend, but if you force yourself to send someone abroad thinking they will succeed like a medical school graduate, you will be greatly disappointed later. As you all know.
