My company only talks about real estate... It's getting a bit tiring, is it the same for everyone else?

In my company, whenever we gather, we talk about real estate.
Which areas are good and which ones are rising.
After lunch, everyone looks around at apartments, saying "this area will go up" or "that area won't."
Since we talk about nothing but that all day, it's getting a bit tiring..
We do our work when it's time to work, but 99% of our non-work topics are real estate.
Everyone from their 20s, 30s, and 40s alike..
Is it just our company? Or are other companies the same?
