High expectations lead to high disappointment

This is why the approval ratings for President Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party are at rock bottom.
It means expectations were that high... but they are failing to meet them.
In this era of civil unrest, the people's expectations were, at most, as follows:
- Liquidation of the insurrection: Death penalty for Yoon Suk-yeol, life imprisonment for Kim Keon-hee, life imprisonment for Han Duck-soo and other ministerial-level officials, and a minimum of 50 years in prison for others, along with the dissolution of the People Power Party.
- Prosecution reform: Complete stripping of investigative powers from the prosecution. Mass crackdown on political prosecutors. Appointment of anti-Yoon figures to head the Central Investigation Agency and the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials, and establishment of strict order.
- Judicial reform: Impeachment of Cho Hee-dae, establishment of trial fairness, abolition of the National Court Administration, and a complete overhaul of political judges.
- Media reform: Removal of Chosun, JoongAng, and Dong-A Ilbo, as well as far-right cable broadcasters. Crackdown on far-right YouTubers, and removal of fake news and hate speech broadcasting.
But
what are they doing now?
Why are they hesitating and stalling on the impeachment of Cho Hee-dae?
Has the Democratic Party caught the "ruling party disease"?
Even as the ruling party, they must act like the opposition to revive the Democratic Party's approval ratings!!
