The Original Sin of the French Riots... Colonialism
According to official statistics, the population of France is 69 million.
Of this, approximately 6 to 8 million people (including descendants) are from North Africa (Maghreb region, Algeria, Morocco, etc.) and West African colonies (Senegal, Mali, Guinea, etc.).
The population from the Indochina region is about 300,000 to 400,000.
Other undocumented immigrants/refugees number around 700,000.
At the very least, 10 million people, or 15% of the French population, are from former French colonies (and their descendants).
According to French research itself, 20-30% of the total population has at least one parent or grandparent who was an immigrant.
Zidane is of Algerian descent.
Mbappé is of Algerian and Makloufi descent.
This is clearly evident in the French national team.
Ultimately, this is a legacy of the colonial era.
.
Something similar is the UK.
The UK includes people of African, Indian, and Arab descent, as well as those from across the Commonwealth.
To put it simply, Freddie Mercury was a British person of Indian descent (a Parsi who came from Persia to India).
"Freddie Mercury was born on September 5, 1946, in Zanzibar, which was then a British colony, as the eldest of two children to a British colonial government official. His childhood name was 'Farrokh Bulsara' (Gujarati: ఫరోఖ్ బుల్సారా), and his sister was born in 1953. He was not a typical Briton in terms of lineage, name, or appearance. His father held Indian citizenship and was a descendant of Parsi Zoroastrians, Persians who fled to India in the 8th century after being driven out by Muslims."
.
In short, it is the karma of former colonial empires.
Even Germany, where the Islamic issue is serious, imported massive amounts of labor from the Middle East, especially from Turkey, in the first place.
