Are there any Chinese restaurants that actually make their own fried dumplings?

Aside from factory-made or pre-packaged dumplings,
are there any places that make them from scratch upon ordering?
I guess you would call them handmade dumplings? Places like that.
It seems like places that serve them quickly right after ordering
don't actually make them themselves.
