Until recently, I thought 4.5% was the tipping point,
but now we're seeing 4.7% and even 4.8% is on the horizon.
It feels like things will only settle down once the wars end, but they seem to be getting more intense instead.
Korea has already undergone some correction, but the US hasn't even seen a correction yet; if one comes, I don't even want to think about it.
