Yang Sang-guk should be doing live broadcasts for TBN Traffic Broadcasting, but he's filming Hangout with Yoo

Yang Sang-guk does live broadcasts for TBN Traffic Broadcasting from 12:00 PM until the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
Due to the nature of traffic broadcasting, they connect with traffic casters at set times and connect with correspondents in real-time if there are any specific issues with traffic or roads.
This seems like something that can only be done via live broadcast, so is he recording during the week and then filming Hangout with Yoo??
If he records, he would have to ask for understanding from his partner, Kim Hyo-jin, and the production crew..
I understand that the filming days for Hangout with Yoo are Thursdays and Fridays.
They don't do radio on Saturdays and Sundays; is he filming Hangout with Yoo during those times?
