I am looking for a studio apartment jeonse near my workplace in the Cheonan area.
The deposit is 50 million KRW, and they said guarantee insurance is available.
The landlord is a registered rental business operator; if guarantee insurance is available, do you think it would be okay?
Or should I just go with monthly rent for peace of mind? I'm conflicted.
