Seriously, why do people keep saying An Se-young would lose to a high school graduate athlete?

There are even interviews with the coaching staff saying she sometimes wins during practice matches against active male university players.
Where is this information coming from that she's not an active player and would be cut off by high school graduates?? Is it just because it's a male-vs-female matchup?
I'm generally fine with sports that have mixed doubles. Of course, it wouldn't work if it were player against player, but a high school graduate cutoff? Aren't you all disrespecting her too much??
