Watching Koreans drive is quite something

They say your personality shows when you drive.
Every time I hit the road, I see so many aggressive drivers.
I was on the highway again today,
and there was someone intentionally tailgating a car in the first lane, threatening them and flashing their high beams like crazy.
While a car was in the middle of overtaking one or two trucks, another car sped up from behind and stuck right to them, so they couldn't move over to the second lane..
It felt like they believed no one should be in front of them if they are in the passing lane.
I encounter similar situations often even on national roads.
It makes me wonder if people use their horns just to vent their anger..
Is it really that hard to just yield a bit and go slower??
It seems like there are many people who are impatient, aggressive, and uncivilized.
