荷受人(Consignee)と通知先(Notify Party)の違いは何ですか？

The consignee is the party to whom the goods are to be delivered and who can claim them. The notify party is simply informed of arrival and has no automatic right to the cargo. Under a letter of credit the consignee is often "to order" of a bank so that the bank keeps control of the goods.
