the operating hours are so inconsistent.
They say they open at 9:00, but they don't open at 9:00..
They say they close at 7:00, but they close before 7:00..
They suddenly stop business even when it's not their scheduled day off.
The Naver information says they are open, but when I go there, they are closed..
And if I call to check if they are open, they answer as if to say, "Why are you calling when we're busy?"...
All of that is a promise to the customer, and at some point, I just lost motivation and stopped going to individually owned places.
Franchises are punctual with their hours and holidays, so there's no need to ask..
Since some locations have different hours, if I call to check, the part-timers answer kindly...
