Do IPS monitors also get burn-in if used for a long time?

‌I switched from a monitor I used well for 10 years to a 32-inch QHD..
Looking at them side by side, the brightness is so low and the screen looks yellowish—to the point where I'm wondering how I ever used the old one.
It feels strange that there's such a massive difference between FHD IPS and QHD Nano IPS.
I wonder if it's because the backlight on the old IPS monitor turned yellow after long-term use.
