It feels like the mechanism of action has changed after long-term Wegovy use?..

It's been almost a year now.
Due to the price pressure, I've been splitting my doses... at 1.0.
At first, I didn't feel anything,
but after three or four months, I started eating so little that people around me were actually surprised.
I lost about 10kg,
and my liver enzymes, which had issues during checkups, returned to normal.
Then, I'm not sure if my body just got used to it or if my cravings got worse,
but I started eating again.
I assume it's because I didn't increase the dosage..
So I tried one pen at 1.7, but there was no change (neither in appetite nor weight),
so I just went back to 1.0.
Because I was eating so much, I gained 2-3kg back.
Since my weight didn't change after that,
and I happened to run out of medication, I just stopped taking it.
The first week was fine, but from the second week, I started gaining weight like crazy.
I got scared, so I quickly bought Wegovy
and started injecting again.
I lost a little weight again.
Before, if I ate too much, it was difficult... like I'd feel like throwing up or
feel extremely miserable after finishing a meal.
I don't feel that way anymore.
After my busy period ended in June, I stopped working and my physical activity decreased significantly,
plus I started snacking on junk food, so I gained a bit more weight.
When I eat, I can't eat a lot at once, but after a while, I can eat again.
Then lately, it's been the opposite: I can eat a lot when I do eat,
but even if I eat just a little (just enough to not be hungry),
I don't feel hungry,
and it feels similar to having indigestion.
