I work in the equipment manufacturing industry, which is neither large nor small.
Something I always feel while working is that no matter how much a company operates on systems,
the atmosphere of a team and its overall work capacity vary greatly depending on the people involved.
Aside from professional competence, I think interpersonal skills are also a form of ability.
What's interesting is that people who are generally good with others also tend to have high professional competence.
I wonder if this is even more pronounced in the equipment industry since we basically work closely with people.
I've come to realize that working with a truly decent person is a real blessing.
