It's only 4 lanes, winding, and completely outdated
If you travel from Jeolla-do to Busan, the comparison is stark.
Once you enter the Yeongnam region, the Namhae Expressway opens up wide from there.
It's hard to simply blame the Democratic Party, as highways are a matter of national industry.
