Why is KT LTE so slow?

I am in Gangnam, Seoul
I am using a Galaxy S25
I use a dual SIM setup with KT as my main line
and Uplus as my secondary line
But humanly speaking, KT LTE is way too slow
and the connectivity is poor
It's good that KT doesn't impose hotspot data limits
but this part is disappointing
