The victim was a groom-to-be in his 20s who operated a delivery agency, and he was escorting his fiancée on his motorcycle.
In other words, the fiancée had to watch her fiancé die right before her eyes.
Immediately after the accident, when the fiancée was screaming and protesting, the drunk driver reportedly acted shamelessly, making a scene herself by insisting that her child was startled and claiming she had caught the light.
Furthermore, although the victim was still alive immediately after the accident, it is said that she took no measures whatsoever.
The victims are tragic enough, but the 4-year-old and 6-year-old daughters are also so heartbreaking.
Even though the children said they were scared, the mother mocked them while driving, and even after the accident, the 6-year-old yelled at her mother not to run away.
The first-instance verdict was 11 years for the fatal accident caused by drunk driving and emotional abuse of the daughters.
