T flow Guild Privacy Policy

Article 1Purpose and Relationship to the Master Privacy Policy

1. This Policy sets out how KABlabs Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) processes personal information in connection with the use of T flow Guild (the “Service”).
2. This Policy supplements the T flow Privacy Policy (the “Master Policy”) as a special provision. Matters not specified herein shall be governed by the Master Policy.
3. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Master Policy, this Policy shall prevail.
4. The Service is accessed via SSO using a unified T flow account, which is created and used in common regardless of which affiliated service the user registers on; personal information collected at account registration is linked for use with each affiliated service.

Article 2Information Collected

1. Account information: name, email, and other account information provided at T flow registration (linked via SSO)
2. Chatbot usage information: queries entered into the chatbot and conversation logs
3. Post information: posts and comments written on the Q&A board
4. Usage data: access logs, IP address, browser information

Article 3Purposes of Use

Article 4Marketing Use and Information Sharing Across Affiliated Services

1. The Company may use contact information, such as email addresses collected upon login, both for (1) service guidance/notices and (2) marketing purposes such as events and promotions. Service guidance is essential to providing the Service, while marketing use is subject to separate consent where required by law, and users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
2. The Company operates T flow, T flow Guild, T flow Studio, and T flow Store under a single account system (SSO), and may internally share and use member information collected across these services for the purposes of service improvement and integrated guidance/promotion (cross-promotion).

Article 5Retention Period and Use of Chatbot Conversation Logs

1. Personal information relating to chatbot conversation logs and posts collected through the Service is deleted upon membership withdrawal, except for information that must be retained under applicable law, which is retained for the required period.
2. Chatbot conversation logs may be retained and used for service improvement and AI training purposes, with de-identification applied where feasible. Even after a user withdraws, statistical and training data that cannot identify an individual may continue to be used.

Article 6Cross-Border Transfer

The Service may be provided to users overseas, in which case a user's information may be stored and processed on servers abroad or transferred overseas in the course of providing the Service. The Company takes measures to protect information transferred overseas in accordance with applicable law.

Article 7Language

This Policy is prepared in Korean, and an English translation may be provided for users' convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 8Other

Matters not specified in this Policy shall be governed by the Master Policy.
