Lee Seung-chul's singing career is actually quite weak

Only one #1 song: "Don't Say Goodbye" — and even that was just a one-week #1 on Inkigayo.
"Never Ending Story" is a Buhwal song.
Even including "Never Ending Story," he only took #1 on music shows twice,
yet he became a legendary singer.
Usually, "legendary" singers like Shin Seung-hun, Seo Taiji, Kim Gun-mo, Cho Yong-pil, H.O.T., or BIGBANG
achieve dozens of #1 hits and dominate their era to become legends,
but he is a strange singer who became a legend with only a single #1 hit.
