I feel anxious that someone might suddenly walk in while I'm urinating alone in a public restroom

In public restrooms, department stores, etc.
Does everyone feel the same way, being scared that someone might suddenly walk in while urinating alone??
Why am I so afraid of someone else suddenly entering??
