Dispatching prosecutors, who don't even have investigative powers, to the police to supplement their legal deficiencies?
Who is going to supervise them? Whose head came up with that as an alternative?
Was it Park Eun-jung, Kim Yong-min, or Seo Young-kyo?
It's like telling a priest to go help a pastor at a church and even deliver a sermon if they have time.
