It's a casual game anyway, so why were the home calls so dirty?
I watch the NBA quite often, and the amount of home calls in the NBA today felt like at least three times what we saw during the OKC vs. Indiana series the year before last.
Not just the foul count, but in the 4th quarter, there were at least two touch-outs where the ball hit a Japanese player and went out, yet play continued as an offensive possession for Japan.
As some people here have mentioned, Japan is a third-tier team and they were going to lose anyway, so why were the home calls so incredibly biased?
It's a relief we overcame the home calls and turned the game around in the 2nd quarter; if the players' mentality had started to crumble, we might have lost.
Lee Hyun-jung looked truly amazing when he hit two consecutive big shots and a tip-in during a crucial moment.
