Resale values for Chinese cars like BYD will plummet, right?

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

‌They are selling in large quantities at low prices right now,
but the thing about Chinese products is... they focus on making cars that can be sold today rather than durability, so their long-term reliability is questionable.
In reality, because China provides massive subsidies for EVs, they are built with just enough durability to last about 3 years; if a car breaks down, they might even replace it with a new one instead of repairing it (and if they replace it with a new car, they get Chinese government subsidies again).
In fact, rumors about "repair cost bombs" for BYD vehicles are already surfacing in Korea.
For a car worth 20 million KRW, a simple repair could cost 5 million or 10 million KRW~~ reaching levels comparable to Mercedes S-Class repair costs.
On top of that, the durability is poor, and the batteries might discharge quickly.
When all these factors combine, the resale value after about 5 years will likely be a total disaster.
I heard that used car prices in mainland China are absolutely brutal, so there is no way Korea will be able to maintain resale value.
