Chey Tae-won is in a tug-of-war with Lee Jae-myung over love

Looking at the wording from Chey Tae-won's side, it says they are 'reviewing' the Honam cluster
It ends with saying it will be 2/3 the size of Yongin and built quickly
In other words, once the 'review' is finished, if they decide to build it, they will say 'we will try to do so'
But can SK Hynix only build in three places: Yongin, Honam, and Japan?
They are also being pressured to build a fab in the US of a similar scale to Yongin and Honam
Chey Tae-won is in a tug-of-war with Lee Jae-myung, hoping for revenge through the investigation into the slush funds of Roh So-young's mother's family
If the investigation seems lackluster, he leaks news about the Japan plant; if it seems like they are biting the bait, he leaks news about the Honam plant
The first major investigation by the Central Investigation Agency will likely not be Yoo Si-min or Choo Mi-ae,
but rather the investigation into the Roh Tae-woo slush funds belonging to Roh So-young's family
