I'm so stressed out by the holidays

I run my own small business
I'd honestly rather just be working
At least when I'm working, I'm making money
I don't even see my relatives because we don't get along
But since my father is the eldest son, I end up stuck with all the weeding and memorial service preparations without even realizing it...
And since I'm the only one left in the house who knows how to cook and has the physical stamina, I do all the memorial service food by myself (a mix of buying things and making them)
I suggested we scale back the memorial services, but my father is very old-fashioned
He's quite stubborn and says he'll keep doing this until the day he dies
