Chung Yong-jin's idea to acquire WB seems quite good.

This is just my personal speculation, but there is a brand in the US called Six Flags that operates quite hardcore roller coasters and other attractions.
They operate in Canada, the US, Mexico, and Germany.
I wonder if he is planning to go all-in, buy the brand itself, and then introduce Six Flags into whatever theme park business he is pursuing.
Six Flags has a collaboration with Looney Tunes and operates attractions using characters like Batman and Superman.
They also sell many products using Looney Tunes (Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, etc.) in their souvenir shops,
which I personally found quite impressive.
Warner Bros. holds the Harry Potter license, but
since the business rights for Six Flags or Looney Tunes theme parks are quite good,
I'm not sure if applying that business model to Korea would work,
