Domestic demand is about to catch fire!!!!

I've been self-employed for decades,
and I have my own criteria for judging whether the economy is good or bad.
When the construction industry is booming,
domestic demand has always been good.
When the construction industry freezes up,
domestic demand freezes up too.

The direction is toward an overflowing supply of housing,
and I expect domestic demand to recover rapidly!!!
