You idiot!!!

I didn't even realize the voucher I got from donating blood had expired;;;
I called customer service to ask about an extension,
and they said there are no exceptions for corporate gift vouchers.
Instead, it seems like vouchers purchased directly with money can be extended or partially compensated.
Sigh ㅠㅠ
