Is this "Karrot Market Sales Assistant" feature for dummies?

I have no idea why they even made this. For example,
let's say you have a Samsung laptop. Even with the same name,
the specifications are all different. But if it doesn't sell for a day or two,
this "Assistant" pops up and starts slashing the price however it wants.
If you look closely, it doesn't even consider the specs;
it just suggests the lowest price currently listed.
I heard there were people who actually suffered losses because
this thing kept popping up, and they accidentally clicked it
and lowered their price.
Anyway, they keep making strange things lately.
The Assistant existed before, but I feel like you could turn it off
back then, whereas now there's no such feature.
They make useless things like "Room Decorating" features,
but this Assistant feature is truly pointless.
Honestly, that thing isn't needed. If I have an item worth 1 million won
and I list it for 800,000 won, won't it sell instantly?
If you just list it overwhelmingly cheaper than the market price,
it sells. How is that a "helpful" feature? ;;;
Since Karrot is a platform where accidents can happen, it would be
better for customer convenience to create something like a phone
ARS consultation service. They never make things like that,
yet since they are such a massive nationwide market, they must be making
huge profits from instant purchase fees and such. It's nonsense that they
haven't even made a phone ARS service just because it's
cumbersome or expensive.
