It was once the nation's car... but now it's being overshadowed by the Grandeur and Avante, maintaining its presence mainly as a taxi. I wonder if the lineage will continue through the Stella, Sonata, and IONIQ 6... I found out the Stella was rear-wheel drive. They say the K5 will undergo a second facelift, but there's no news regarding a full change for the successor to the Sonata.
