I accidentally spilled apple juice into my kimchi container, and it's amazing

Since I spilled it into a vat containing 2kg of kimchi, I couldn't even scoop it out and just ate it, but it actually tastes even better.
It's a combination I never would have imagined, but give apple juice a try just once. The kimchi broth is incredible.
