Cuttlefish sashimi and stir-fried cuttlefish liver
It is wonderful to stock up and eat them when you catch them yourself.
In particular, stir-fry using cuttlefish liver isn't an official recipe, but it is a personal delicacy of mine. It is rich and delicious.
It makes for a great snack to enjoy with a quick drink.
