I have written a post about this before.

No. 5 Lee Tae-hyun
But if you were to ask me to pick the single greatest among them,
I would choose Park Kwang-deok.
He was the Cheonhajangsa (Grand Champion) with overwhelming performance at the time,
and I understand he retired early due to unfortunate injuries.
He was truly shocking back then.
Even though it was for a short period, he had no rivals.
In terms of "star power," he felt like Lee Young-ho (pro gamer).
His short prime is a downside, but in terms of an overwhelming presence,
Park Kwang-deok's calculation was unique.
I think the 2nd place is Choi Hong-man.
