It's better to build a factory in Japan

With a base salary in the 200s (ten thousands) and a seniority-based pay system,
you can hire university graduates even if the starting salary is 50 million KRW including performance bonuses.
Also, unlike Korea, there are no restrictions like having to hire only high school or junior college graduates for production roles.
And once hired, they handle repetitive, skilled tasks with more responsibility than in Korea,
and since it's a country of 3Q5S, quality control is actually better.
The turnover rate is also low.
As for poor manuals and lack of innovation—well, since the goal is just to build a factory anyway,
you can just dispatch Korean managers, hand them the existing manuals, and have them get to work.
