There is a Chinese student who skips every group presentation; should I email the professor to ask to remove them from my group?

Whenever it is our group's turn to present, they skip class and only show up after our presentation is completely finished just to check the attendance.
They even managed to get marked as present, though.
Should I explain the details to the professor and confront them?
We are in the engineering department, but they aren't doing anything—no PPT, no presenting. They usually speak Korean so well, though.
They said they would present, but then they suddenly bailed today, and I was sweating bullets trying to cover for the fact that they hadn't prepared anything. I am so incredibly frustrated.
