Even though gizzard shad is currently hard to catch and costs 50,000–60,000 KRW per kg

People complaining that winter gizzard shad tastes bad...
I seriously doubt if they are even real gizzard shad lovers.
Even if you travel a bit further to catch them, the quality is worse than last year's..
Everyone knows that gizzard shad from the East Sea isn't very tasty anyway,
and the ones from the South Sea are the delicious ones,
but because the water temperature is high, they aren't coming up to the coastal waters.
It would be much better to wait until around November and eat them when they are at least fatty.
Furthermore, gizzard shad that was around 20,000 KRW per kg last year
is now 40,000–50,000 KRW, and people don't realize how abnormal this is..
I wonder if it's even right to say that this is currently the season for gizzard shad.
