In China, they openly film women in revealing street fashion

In Korea, people get arrested for sex crimes,
but not just in China, in most countries,
filming on the streets in public places is legal.
Only in Korea do they arrest people for sex crimes.
In most countries, they don't even mosaic the people passing by on the street,
but it feels like only Korea is being gaslighted into thinking it's a sex crime.
This needs to be changed too.
