If they hurry to amend the law so national soccer players can't receive military exemptions, wouldn't the current Asian Games national team members have to enlist?

It's not that the exemption eligibility takes effect automatically the moment they win a gold medal.
Instead, the Military Manpower Administration must now review the gold medal qualification and issue an exemption decision for it to take effect, right?
So, if they hurry to amend the law before the Military Manpower Administration decides on the exemptions for those national team players, wouldn't the current Asian Games national team members have to go to the military?
