I received a lot of Spam from acquaintances this Chuseok,
so I have a huge stockpile at home.
I've tried putting it in kimchi stew and rolled omelets,
but it's definitely tastiest when you just fry it until golden brown and dip it in ketchup.
Having a stack of Spam makes it feel like emergency rations, which is actually quite nice.
