Can horn-rimmed glasses with integrated nose pads be adjusted through fitting?

I bought a pair of glasses a few days ago.
They are horn-rimmed glasses with integrated nose pads.
When I first tried them on, they felt light and good, but after wearing them for a long time, they feel a bit loose or baggy, and I'm experiencing some pain where they touch the bridge of my nose.
Is it possible to adjust the fit and comfort of these types of integrated glasses that don't have separate nose pads?
