I don't think the first runner hit their top speed

My speed is usually around 10.2, or at the very least, I run in the low 3-second range.
Strangely, when the women were running earlier, they all seemed somewhat sluggish and
slow.
They were considered Asia's strongest force and favorites for gold, but they almost got eliminated in the preliminaries lol.
I said I thought they would win gold, but well...
