Youth crime in our country, South Korea—period. However, then there's all that talk from judges about "possibility of rehabilitation" and whatnot...
I'm speechless.
If you commit a crime, you should be punished regardless of age... I'm so frustrated I can't even think of what to say next.
South Korea is a truly great country to live in, but it feels like we are simultaneously building a country that is also great for criminals to live in.
