10 billion KRW in cash vs. 50 billion KRW commercial building owner—which would you choose?

‌Option A—10 billion KRW deposited into your account after taxes, but you cannot engage in any other economic activities.
You must live solely on bank interest.
Option B—Owner of a commercial building worth 50 billion KRW in a prime location near Yangjae Station, Seoul (a top-tier landlord level).
However, you cannot sell the building or engage in any other economic activities. You must live solely on the building's rental income.
If you had to choose between Option A and Option B, which would you pick??
I would choose Option A. Listening to the landlords around me, the moment the rent hits the account, at least 50% goes out for fixed monthly costs and taxes, and the building maintenance costs are insane.
Seeing how they are constantly stressed out due to vacancy rates, I think Option A would be much more peaceful.
