I truly believe police officers should be recruited exclusively through special appointments for civic heroes.

Bastards who don't even want to conduct investigations.
Bastards who lack guts.
Those who lack the tenacity to bite down until the end,
don't want to work,,

Individuals who subdue violent criminals.
Individuals who chase down drunk drivers until the end.

These kinds of people should be recruited as police officers immediately..
I believe 90% of people became police officers just to receive a salary,,,, just to make a living.
