I think we should start by abolishing military service exemptions for Asian Games gold medalists.

At the very least, professional athletes should be excluded from the military exemption clause...
In baseball, once you are selected for the national team, it is almost a 100% guarantee of military exemption. Even in soccer, while not quite as high as baseball, it is over 50%. This seems to be very far removed from the original logic of Asian Games military service privileges (enhancing national prestige).
I believe this needs to be brought into public discourse by the political sphere.
