it seems much wiser to work in a provincial metropolitan city, earn 3 million won a month, buy a house worth 300–500 million won, and live while paying less than 1 million won in principal and interest.
For example, instead of attending a mediocre university in the Seoul metropolitan area where even finding a job is difficult, I believe it's better to go to a regional national university like Kyungpook National University, Pusan National University, Chungnam National University, or Pukyong National University.
