What's changed in Windows 11 26H2

It's at a point where you might wonder, "What's actually different compared to the existing 25H2?"
One change is that you can now move the taskbar position to the top, left, or right, rather than just the bottom. (Wasn't this feature available in a previous version?)
For example, when using a monitor around Full HD size, the taskbar can sometimes feel like it's taking up quite a bit of space.
In those cases, it seems like it would be great to use it positioned on the left or right.
