I lightly scratched the right door

There are no dents, just some light scratches on the paint surface.
There are two scratches about 3–4cm long, and the plastic garnish is widely scuffed.
I was thinking of doing spot painting on the scratched areas and replacing the garnish,
but after getting an estimate, they said I would need to replace the garnish and repaint the entire door for the scratches.
The total estimate came to about 300,000 won. Do they really have to repaint the entire door panel even for small scratches?
Also, if I repaint the entire panel, will there be a noticeable difference compared to the original paint on other parts?
